Our promise
If a Nythera product isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to return
Email hello@shopnythera.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label (UK only). Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, opened sleep aids and used face-contact items can only be returned if faulty.
