Refunds
Refunds are processed quickly and back to your original payment method.
When you'll be refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it on your statement.
Partial refunds
Items returned outside the 30-day window, or in non-resellable condition, may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Faulty items
If your item arrived faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days at hello@shopnythera.com and we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
